OM Kotak Mahindra (OMKM) Life Insurance Company is aiming at a sum assured of Rs 1300 crore and a total premium income of Rs 65 crore for the current financial year.
The company is also planning to expand its branch network to 40 towns from the existing 27 towns.
The company sold 13,000 policies for a sum assured of Rs 330 crore with a premium income of Rs 13 crore in the previous financial year.

Announcing this here at a press conference today, Rajesh Puri, the vice-president of OM Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance, said that the company was planning to increase the number of life advisors working with the company to 7000 in the next one year from the existing 3,300 and to 10,000 in the next eighteen months.
