PA of CM's political advisor booked for assault

Rajesh Kumar of Choga Mohalla, who is the personal assistant of Jank Raj Gupta, injured Deepak Singh of Gandarwan in Akhnoor yesterday, sources said.  
Police registered a case under Section 324 RPC only after locals organised a protest demonstration when Singh regained consciousness six hours later, they said, adding his family wants an attempt-to-murder case lodged against Kumar.
