Prices may hit projects worth Rs 35000cr in Guj

Rising steel and cement prices is threatening to stall a number of government and semi-government projects in Gujarat.

Estimates suggest that public works to the tune of Rs 35,000 crore could come to a grinding halt as contractors are finding it difficult to cope with the increase in steel and cement prices.
