IBPS RRB VI recruitment notification 2017 out in July

The officer scale I and office assistants prelims examination 2017 is likely to held in Sept 2017

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) is likely to issue regional rural bank (RRB) VI examination notification in July 2017. According to media reports, the exams will be held to shortlist about 1000 candidates. The candidates are likely to be offered various group A officers and group B office assistants posts in about 56 RRBs offer, the number may vary with time. The final selection of the candidates would be on the basis of the rules laid down by the IBPS.

Viral notification

News went viral recently on social media that IBPS issued an official notification for the recruitment of office assistant and officers in RRBs with official exam dates etc. But there has been no mention about the upcoming examination on the official website. The notification is fake and according to several reports, IBPS is in the process to release the official notification.

According to a notification posted in January on the official website, the entative schedule of events is as follows:

The interviews for recruitment of Group A – Officers (Scale-I, II & III) is handled by the Nodal Regional Rural Banks with the help of NABARD and IBPS.
