Candidates applying for regional credit manager (two wheeler loans) have to have a minimum experience of 15 years. They should also have worked in Kerala handling credit in banks for two wheeler/ auto/ CV loans/ small ticket size loans at a supervisory level preferably as a state head with proven track record. For the post of product manager (two wheeler loans), candidates need to have a minimum experience of 10 years. Candidates with proven expertise in two wheeler /auto loans at a product level in Banks/NBFC
Applicants looking at product manager - gold loans post should have a minimum 20 years experience, of which 5 years should be in similar role. For area sales managers (gold) post, candidates need a minimum 8 years’ experience of which 3 years should be in similar role.
Candidate looking at applying for sales managers –DSA (retail loans) post needs a minimum 5 years’ experience in the relevant area. For sales executives (CASA) post, candidates need a minimum 6 months experience in sales preferably with financial industry
For sales managers DST (retail loans), sales executives (CASA) and retail credit managers (retail loans) posts, candidates need to have minimum 5 years’ experience in the relevant area. Candidates eying regional sales head – CASA post need a minimum 8-10 years sales experience of which 5 years should be in team leadership role in financial service industry.
Candidates keen on area sales head – CASA post should have a minimum 4 years’ sales experience of which 2 years should be in team leadership role, preferably in financial service industry.
