HDFC Bank names Donald D'souza equity capital mkts head

The country's second largest private lender HDFC Bank today appointed Donald D'Souza as the head of its equity capital markets in the investment banking division.

D'Souza will be responsible for building the equity capital markets business that includes origination and execution of capital raising mandates and will report to Head of Investment Banking, Rakesh Singh.

Prior to joining HDFC Bank, D'souza was the President of the Investment Banking Division of Financial Services Provider IIFL.
