Initially the person being on a Keto Diet may experience side effects of the diet. The side effects will range from weakness, nausea and difficult focusing. The aim of Ketogenic Diet is to result in ketosis. During ketosis the body makes fuel molecules called ketones, this happens when blood glucose is in short supply. Ketones are produced in the liver from fats and are used by entire body including the brain and CNS.
