GMAC to launch soft skills assessment tool Reflect for MBA students and aspirants today
The Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC), in partnership with Hogan Assessment Systems, is set to launch its soft skills assessment tool, Reflect, on Wednesday.
Targeted at MBA students and those interested in MBA programmes, early career and mid-career professionals in the age group of 20 to 35 years, this tool aims to help assess 10 competencies for an individual. Benchmark report for critical competencies, important competencies and helpful competencies for 14 job families such as accountant, sales manager, marketing manager, finance manager, operations manager and chief executive are also provided.
Indian School of Business, SP Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai and Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies Mumbai have expressed an interest in knowing more about Reflect.
