Arhar, its dal extend losses on sluggish demand

Arhar and its dal prices fell further up to Rs 200 per quintal on the wholesale pulses market today on sluggish demand against adequate stocks position.

Market analysts said sluggish demand at prevailing higher levels led to fall in arhar and its dal prices.

In the national capital, arhar and its dal data variety fell further by Rs 75 and Rs 200 to Rs 3,000-3,500 and Rs 4,400-4,800 per quintal, respectively.
