Jeera falls 1.5% on profit-booking
Hopes of higher output, weak spot demand triggered downtrend

Jeera futures for March fell Rs 190, or 1.45% to Rs 12,940 per quintal in 8,331 lots.
At the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange (MCX), the April contract lost Rs 57.50, or 0.44% to Rs 12,927.50 per quintal in 10,062 lots.
Prices went down as speculators booked profits amid hopes of higher output and weak spot demand.
