Cardamom prices gained 0.17% to Rs 776.50 per kg in futures trade today mostly supported by rising demand in the spot market.

Besides, tight stocks position in the physical market due to restricted arrivals from producing regions also supported the uptrend.

At the Multi Commodity Exchange, cardamom for delivery in October rose by Rs 1.30, or 0.17% to Rs 776.50 per kg in business turnover of 167 lots.
