Shares of Godrej Properties were up nearly 4% at Rs 343 on the National Stock Exchange after the Kotak Mahindra Bank acquired equity shares of the company through a bulk deal on Monday.

Kotak Mahindra Bank acquired 27,46,043 shares of Godrej Properties at Rs 330 per equity share, according to bulk deal data on the National Stock Exchange.

The stock opened at Rs 340 and touched a high of Rs 348. At 2pm, over 386,000 shares were traded on both the stock exchanges.
