Godrej Properties up on project launch in Kolkata

Shares of Godrej Properties were up 1.5% at Rs 566 after the company announced that it has launched the fifth phase of its residential project in Kolkata - Godrej Prakriti.

Shares of Godrej Properties were up 1.5% at Rs 566 after the company announced that it has launched the fifth phase of its residential project in Kolkata - Godrej Prakriti.

Spread over 22 acres of lush greenery, Godrej Prakriti offera all the comforts and conveniences of modern, urban living, along with natural tranquility.  The new tower standing 19 floors tall, will offer 3 BHK modern apartments measuring between 1,100 sq. ft. and 1,400 sq. ft, Godrej Properties said in a release.

Godrej Prakriti is strategically located on BT road and is a few minutes away from the closet bus stop, railway station, auto-rickshaw and taxi stand with renowned english-medium schools within a 3-km radius, the release added.

Over 4,200 shares were traded on both the stock exchanges so far.
