HDFC Bank, HDFC up 6%; Satyam slips 1%
HDFC Bank and HDFC have surged 5.8% each to Rs 1,219 and Rs 2,293, respectively.
Maruti and Jaiprakash Associates have gained 4.5% each to Rs 751 and Rs 187, respectively.
SBI is up 4.2% at Rs 1,382. ONGC has moved up 4.1% to Rs 879.
Reliance Infrastructure has advanced 3.8% to Rs 1,101. Larsen & Toubro and DLF have added 3.2% each at Rs 2,824 and Rs 507, respectively.

Reliance, Wipro and Hindustan Unilever are the other major gainers.
Satyam has slipped over 1% to Rs 483. Reliance Communications and Bharti Airtel are down 0.8% each at Rs 531 and Rs 833, respectively.
