Kabli gram and peas prices rose by up to Rs 50 per quintal in the wholesale pulses market today on scattered demand from retailers.

Elsewhere, prices of other commodities moved in a narrow range on alternate bouts of trading and settled around previous levels.

Market analysts said scattered demand from retailers led to rise in kabli gram and peas prices.

In the national capital, kabli gram small variety rose by Rs 50 to Rs 5,150-6,650, while peas white and green prices gained Rs 25 each to Rs 2,125-2,225 and Rs 2,275-2,475 per quintal, respectively.
