Shri Lakshmi Cotsyn hit the 5 per cent upper circuit on capital expenditure plans. The board will meet on June 9 to consider a capital expenditure of Rs 1,200 crore for various projects. Along with the capex plan, the board will also consider an allotment of 25 lakh warrants convertible into equity shares of Rs 10 each at a premium of Rs 40 to the strategic investors on preferential basis.
The stock hit an intraday high of Rs 65.9 and a low of Rs 63.5. The scrip has a 52-week high of Rs 121 and a low of Rs 20.9.
