Even as the markets today have bounced back from the recent fall, some of the IPOs continue to trade at new lows. Of the 25 scrips which registered new lows in trade today, eight scrips are the newly listed IPOs in the year 2010. The fall is between 22-72% from the issue price.

DB Realty, one of the biggest losers since the unearthing of the housing scam is trading down 59% at Rs 190 as compared to the issue price of Rs 468. Two stocks, Bedmutha Industries and BS Transcomm are locked at the lower circuit falling 31% and 38%, respectively, from their issue price.

The biggest fall among the IPO pack is seen in Aster Silicates which has slumped 72% to Rs 33 as compared to the issue price of Rs 118. Man Infrastructure has dropped 22% to Rs 195.

Cantabil Retail India, Sea TV Network and Gyscoal Alloys are the other scrips which are affected. Losing 29%, Sea TV Network is trading at Rs 71, which got issued at Rs 100. Gyscoal Alloys and Cantabil Retail India down 42% and 54%, respectively are the other losers.

MTNL and Reliance Commumnication (RCom) are also trading at a new low of Rs 49 and Rs 124, respectively. The 2G scam has pulled RCom to a new low while MTNL seems to be worried about its growth in the telecom space.
