VIP up on unit sale nod

Shares of VIP Industries rose 7.11 per cent to close the day at Rs 39.9, after the board has approved the sale of its Satara unit for Rs 4.70 crore. The unit has been shut for over a year now.

The stock made an intraday high of Rs 41.4 and a low of Rs 37 with trading volumes of 31,821 shares. The stock made a 52-week high of Rs 169 (January 01) and a low of Rs 31.05 (November 21). The scrip gained 21 per cent in the last one month.
