Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) logo designer Sunil Lal on Sunday served a legal notice to Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal for withdrawing the party logo.
"I wrote to Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on 7th April asking them to quit using logo designed by me. In response to my letter, I received a letter from Sanjay Singh who assured me that he'll look into it," said Lal.
Lal stated that the party's logo is still there on the website.
"We have served them a legal notice, giving them 15 days time to withdraw the logo from their website, or we'll move court. The logo has been withdrawn from some places, but it's still there on their main website," he added.
Lal has served the notice through his lawyer seeking a response within 15 days for continuing to use the logo.
