Abbey Clancy is trying to prove that she is practicing really hard for the 'Strictly Come Dancing' show, as she showed off her bruised knees which were the result of the intense rehearsals.
The British lingerie model, who is married to footballer Peter Crouch, flaunted her hard work when she donned a grey body con dress for an appearance on the 'This Morning' show, the Daily Express reported.
The 27-year-old star teamed her figure-hugging outfit with black stilettos and a grey designer bag.
Earlier, the mum-of-one had posted on her Twitter page that her whole body was aching because of her hardcore rehearsals with dance partner Aljaz Skorjanec.
