'The Muppet Show' could be back with a whole new cast as ABC network is working on reviving the show.
The reboot of the popular 70s-80s show, featuring Kermit, Miss Piggy and the gang, will be executive produced by Bill Prady, Bob Kushell, Muppets star Bill Barretta and Randall Einhorn, E! Online reported.
TV director Einhorn will helm the pilot presentation, which will be filmed in Los Angeles.
The project is stalled because the bosses haven't been able to sign Miss Piggy.
The original had Muppet Show aired from 1976-1981, and the show had got another live-action TV series with 'Muppets Tonight', which lasted 2 seasons on ABC from 1996-1998. The show has also been adapted to big screen.
