Arnie slams Indiana's anti-gay law in powerful op-ed

Arnold Schwarzenegger has penned a bold and powerful op-ed blasting Indiana Governor Mike Pence's anti-gay religious freedom law.

The former governor of California expressed his anger over the anti-gay law saying that as an American, he was incredibly concerned about what happened in Indiana this week and the threat of similar laws being passed in other states and as a republican, he was furious, E! Online reported.

The 'Terminator' star asserted that it was for Republicans who choose the politics of division over policies that improve the lives of all of them and it was for Republicans who had decided to neglect the next generation of voters and it was for Republicans who were fighting for laws that fly in the face of equality and freedom.

The 67-year-old actor concluded that they must be the party of limited government, not the party that legislates love and they must be the party that stands for equality and against discrimination in any form and they must be the party that originally attracted this young Austrian immigrant.
