After a suicide attack in Kabul on Tuesday killed three persons, External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj assured that all the Indians in the city were safe.

The Union Minister took to her Twitter account to update information received from Indian Ambassador in Afghan Manpreet Vohra.

According to a BBC report, the Islamic State has claimed responsibility for the attack in which a suicide bomber, who was thought to be as young as 12 or 13, blasted him in central Kabul.

Kabul has been targeted by the Taliban and other militants on many occasions in recent months.
