American actress Elizabeth Pena has passed away. She was 55.
The star, who had starred in various television and film projects including 'La Bamba' and 'Rush Hour' and had given her voice to films like 'The Incredibles,' took her last breath at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, and the cause of her death is yet to be disclosed, TMZ.com reported.
Pena was recently seen portraying mother to Sofia Vergara's character on the popular series 'Modern Family' and had recently finished filming for TV series, 'Matador.
