Marion Bartoli returned to Centre Court post retirement where the announcer made a huge blunder when he called out the name of Wimbledon champion as just "Maria".
The 29-year-old Frenchwoman got emotional and broke down in tears as she stood on the court where she won her only Grand Slam title and performed the ceremonial coin toss, 24.com reported.
Bartoli, who watched the match between Sabine Lisicki, the German she defeated in 2013, and Israel's Julia Glushko, seated in the front-row Royal Box, also took to Twitter to express her emotions.
