Michael Clarke will make his competitive yachting debut in the Sydney-to-Gold Coast ocean race next month for charity.

The 33-year-old Australian cricketer will be a part of the Perpetual LOYAL crew in the Sydney-to-Gold Coast ocean race next month to raise money for medical equipment to assist seriously ill children, News.com.au reported.

Clarke, who will also be hosting a lunch to raise money for sick children, revealed that the endeavor is out of his "comfort zone" but he had decided to take it up as it is for a good cause.
