Chelsea have agreed to sign on striker Pedro from Barcelona in a deal reportedly worth about 21 million pounds.
The 28-year-old is flying to London to finalise the terms and conditions on the transfer, the BBC has reported.
Pedro has scored 99 goals in 326 appearances since his debut in 2008, including his 115th minute goal for Barcelona which gave his side the first success in the Premier league since 2011.
He will be Chelsea's second signing after the Ghana defender Baba Rahman.
The move comes after Spain forward has been linked with a move to Manchester United.
