David Becham has proved his commitment to America's Major League Soccer by spending millions for buying a house in Miami, where he is fighting to set up a football club.

The 39-year-old former England captain will have to split his time between Florida and London since his children and his wife Victoria will continue with their lives in the UK, the Mirror reported.

Beckham is excited about the things going "stratospheric" and knows he has to immerse himself in the culture and genuinely wants to take the game to the Americans.
