Bon Jovi has reportedly shown interest in buying American football team, Buffalo Bills.

According to CBS Sports, the 'It's my Life' hitmaker is reported to have spent time in the area, getting to know politicians and power brokers.

He is also said to have added a date there late in a recent tour to allow for more time to allocate to a potential bid for the team, the Mirror reported.

Jovi has been very pro-active in meeting National Football League (NFL) owners and general managers, and has been seeking their input on all football issues.

In the past, he nearly became a minority owner of a team, the Falcons, and is the founder and majority owner of the Philadelphia Soul of the Arena Football League.
