The Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha have been adjourned till 2 p.m. and 12.30 p.m. respectively following the logjam over the Vyapam scam and Lalit Gate.
The Lok Sabha was earlier adjourned till noon amid massive uproar by the opposition leaders, who shouted slogans and reportedly wore black bands in protest.
Congress leaders Mallikarjun Kharge and Veerappa Moily had moved an adjournment motion in the Lok Sabha over the issue.
The opposition has been demanding that External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj and Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje should be sacked for allegedly helping Lalit Modi.
