Cheryl Cole is stalling her return to 'The X Factor', as she has experienced many painful memories during her previous stint as a judge on the show.
The 30-year-old singer, who has held informal talks with Simon Cowell about her return, said that her bitter divorce from Ashley Cole and contracting malaria happened while she was working on the reality show, the Mirror reported.
Sources have revealed that Cole isn't sure whether taking the job is the right thing, as she associates her last season with a really hard time in her life.

Sources added that Cole is in a good place and she's doing some real soul-searching to see if she really wants to be back on the show.
