Chris Brown has been reportedly jailed for a month after he violated the rehab rules ordered by the court.

The 'Run It' singer was told by the judge that he has the inability to stay out of trouble and hence the singer was ordered for the lock up until a probation violation hearing on April 23, the Mirror reported.

Judge James Brandlin had sentenced Brown to 90 days in the treatment program in November following his assault arrest, where he allegedly punched and broke the nose of a man who was trying to get a picture clicked with him.

If found guilty the 24-year-old singer could be sentenced to four years in prison.
