Chris Brown's probation has been revoked by a Californian judge, but rather than sentencing him to jail, he has said the rapper can continue with his current 90 day court-ordered rehab treatment for anger management.
Brown was arrested in October for an alleged assault in Washington, D.C, Contactmusic reported.
In addition to staying at the rehab facility, the star will continue to complete 24 hours per week of community service.
