Former World No.1 Kim Clijsters has said that Wimbledon Champion Marion Bartoli was a great person to have around on the tour and that the Frenchwoman could make a comeback to the game.
According to tennisworldusa.org, Clijsters expressed that the news of Bartoli's sudden retirement had shocked her but she understood the emotions behind it, adding that it must have been a relief for the Frenchwoman to win such a big event.
The Belgian player said that even if Bartoli did not come back, she would still have had a great career but hoped that she did.
Clijsters is about to have her second baby and is due in three weeks time, the report said.
