D.J. Caruso, who directed the Shia LaBeouf hits 'Disturbia' and 'Eagle Eye', is reportedly in talks to helm the third movie of 'G.I. Joe'.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, Jon M. Chu, who helmed the second installment of 'G.I. Joe', was supposed to direct the third one as well, however, he left in order to direct the 'Jem and the Holograms'.
The 'G.I. Joe' films have been a solid franchise performer for Paramount as 2009's 'G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra', made 302.5 million dollars and 2013's 'G.I. Joe: Retaliation' grossed 375.7 million dollars worldwide.
Dwayne Johnson is attached to the movie with his role of Roadblock.
