Iggy Azalea's former boyfriend Hefe Wine has been warned by a federal judge in L.A to stop selling the singer's music.

According to the legal documents, the judge issued a preliminary injunction to block Wine from selling the recordings, and using the 24-year-old singer's name to promote them, TMZ.com reported.

The American rapper sued Wine accusing him of stealing music off her laptop, and then packaging the tracks as a mixtape called, 'Inizio'.

The judge watched the mixtape's music videos and compared them to Azalea's hits before making her ruling.
