Tibetan spiritual leader the Dalai Lama has concluded his four-day long 'Tantric' teaching session at the Gyuto Monastery in Dharamshala.
Over five thousand Tibetans and foreigners attended the rare spiritual discourse.
According to Ani Norzum, a Tibetan nun, these teachings have to be practiced daily and are imperative for each Buddhist.
"This Tantric teaching is the main teaching which you have to practice daily. It is very important for everyone," Norzum said.
A foreign tourist, Maria called it a 'life-changing experience' and considered herself lucky to be a part of the session.
This session has taken place for the first time in ten years.
The Dalai Lama gave the teachings from the text of Tibetan Buddhism that includes Tsongkhapa Lamo's text that interprets interdependent and emptiness, stages of path elaborated by the seventh Dalai Lama and mainly the teaching on 'Tantra'.
