Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday expressed concern over the recent attack at a guesthouse in Kabul, wherein five people, including a U.S. citizen and two Indian nationals were killed, and said that he wished for everyone's safety in the Afghan capital.
The Prime Minister took to twitter to share his concern.
"In the aircraft I got news about the attack in Kabul. Am concerned about the situation and I pray for everyone's safety," he posted.
According to reports, a US citizen and two Indian nationals are among the five people who were killed after a few gunmen stormed a guesthouse in Kabul, late Wednesday.
Security forces have rescued more than 30 people from the guesthouse, which is said to be popular with foreigners, including trapped guests.
