Emeli Sande has posted online her thoughts on the 'band aid' single, suggesting that the song needs to be rewritten.
The 27-year-old singer took it to her Twitter account to say that she agrees that the lyric of the song needed changing, the BBC reported.
The 'Next to Me' singer wrote that she and African singer Angelique Kidjo made and sang their own edits whilst recording Band Aid 30, but unfortunately, none of those made the final cut.
Later in the post, which was captioned with "I've been having so many discussions about this all week. Here are my thoughts on the band aid single," she apologized for the offence caused due to the lyrics of the song.
