Former Wimbledon champion Marion Bartoli has hinted towards a possible comeback on Tuesday after retiring from the professional tennis less than two years ago.
Bartoli, who bid adieu to the tennis world in 2013 on the heels of a Wimbledon grand slam win, posted a question in her Twitter page 'Coming back or not coming back to tennis? What do you think? Should I?, Stuff.co.nz reported.
The post triggered speculations about her possible return to the sport in the media across the world.
Reflecting on her post, a French sports publication observed that Bartoli had just turned 30 and it was not too late to go back to winning, adding that Serena Williams, the boss of the circuit, continues to rule the WTA roost at 33.
