World number two Roger Federer has booked his place in the ATP World Tour Finals following his 7-6, 7-6, 7-5 victory over John Isner in the fourth round of the US Open on Tuesday.
The 17-time Grand Slam champion has joined top-seeded Novak Djokovic and World number three Andy Murray, who will definitely be present in the last event of the year in London.
Federer has captured a total of five ATP titles this season. He won his most recent title in Cincinnati Masters,Sport24 reported.
Meanwhile, Stanislas Wawrinka, World number four Kei Nishikori of Japan , Rafael Nadal , David Ferrer are some of the other players, who are running in the race to qualify for London.
The 34-year-old, will next face Richard Gasquet in the quarterfinals of the ongoing tournament.
