Kerry Washington revealed that shooting for the last season of 'Scandal' was a "challenge" for her since she was pregnant.
The 37-year-old actress said that it was "tough" for her to be in her character, Olivia Pope, who wasn't going through the "amazing" physical transition, during the third season of ABC's smash drama, Us Magazine reported.
The 'Our Song' star confessed that the season "broke her", as everything that she understood about her onscreen character got "unraveled because of the shorelines".
Washington continued that she was that kind of actor who liked to know everything about her character, and hence had a hard time jumping in without things being perfect.
