England footballer-turned-TV expert Gary Lineker got heckled by Russell Brand for missing England's important World Cup qualifier against Poland to be at one of his shows.
The 38-year-old comedian saw Lineker, who missed the 90 nerve-racking minutes at Wembley to see Brand on stage in London.
According to the Mirror, the former striker stayed for the whole of Brand's set, missing all of England's 2-0 triumph.
Brand spotted the star in the audience and poked fun at him for missing one of England's most important games 'for 20 years'.
One audience member said that it was hilarious. Brand just wouldn't leave him alone.
