The Mumbai Police on Friday filed the chargesheet against all accused in the Hema Upadhyay double murder case, including her husband Chintan Upadhyay.
Earlier this week, the judicial custody of all the accused in the double murder case of artist Hema and her lawyer Haresh Bhambani was extended till March 18.
On Saturday artist Chintan, estranged husband of Hema along with other accused, Pradeep Rajbhar, Vijay Rajbhar and Shivkumar Rajbhar alias Sadhu were produced in Borivali metropolitan magistrate court through video conferencing while one accused, who has been deemed to be a minor, was sent to juvenile court.
The bodies of Upadhyay and her lawyer Harish Bhambhani, wrapped in plastic sheets, were found inside cardboard cartons dumped in a sewer in Kandivali on December 12.
