Iksula acquires US-based Software Development Company, Blisstering Solutions

Iksula, an integrated commerce solutions provider, has announced the acquisition of Blisstering Solutions, a software development company based in Silicon Valley.

The acquisition strengthens Iksula's expertise in delivering world-class eCommerce solutions that tightly integrate with a host of enterprise solutions. The acquisition is expected to close in September 2016.

Founded in 2007, Blisstering has over 350,000 hours of software engineering under its belt and over 40 full-time seasoned software engineers. Blisstering has leveraged open source components to rapidly deliver complex solutions to agencies, startups, eCommerce, media and telecommunications, eGovernance as well as non-profits.
