Little Monsters, we have some bad news for you.
After performing through heavy rainfall during her August 29 Joanne World Tour set at Citi Field in Queens, New York, Lady Gaga announced that she is postponing her Montreal concert as the weather made her sick.
She broke the news on her official Twitter handle, which read, "To my beautiful fans. I couldn't be more devastated that I am unable to perform tonight. I sing this entire show live, and pride myself in giving it all, but when I sang in the rain at Citi Field I got sick and have been pushing through. I am so sorry to anyone who had their heart set on seeing me tonight. I love you."
Gaga was so broken up over missing the show that she announced, "I'm sending free [pizza] to any Monsters outside my hotel, The William Gray Montreal. I love you so much and I'm so sorry you are the most loyal fans."
Gaga, currently working on a new album while she tours, is next set to play two consecutive nights at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto on September 6 and 7, with an intimate performance scheduled to take place after the world premiere screening of her new documentary, 'Gaga: Five Foot Two', at the Toronto International Film Festival on Friday.
