It's a good news for Lamar Odom's fans as his condition continues to show positive signs.
According to sources, the 35-year-old basketball player is now breathing on his own and is alert and stable, reports Entertainment Tonight.
Insiders further revealed that the former NBA star is now completely off the ventilator, but is still in the Intensive Care Unit.
A hospital source said that Odom is showing improvement in his condition, however, regaining complete organ function continues to be a top medical priority.
Meanwhile, 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' that was set to begin its shooting in the end of October will also get delayed because of Odom's medical condition and his hospitalisation won't be shot.
