'Interstellar' wins Oscar for best visual effects
'Interstellar,' directed by Christopher Nolan, has won the Oscar for best visual effects.
The epic science fiction film won over 'Dawn of the Planet of the Apes,' 'Guardians of the Galaxy,' 'Captain America: Winter Soldier' and 'X-Men: Days of Future Past.'
The 87th Academy Awards are currently being held at Dolby Theatre in London.
