Bharatiya Janata Party leader Subramanian Swamy blamed Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J. Jayalalithaa for misusing the law.
"Jayalalithaa is misusing the law, I have challenged six defamation cases she has filed. The defamation law was set up by the British. It should be removed. It is against our constitution," said Swamy.
Commenting on the One Rank One Pension announced by the NDA Government, Swamy said, "Ex servicemen should right now accept OROP as it is, changes can be made later during Budget.
