Looks like 'The Tonight Show' host Jimmy Fallon was really "losing it" after he and Dwayne Johnson made a surprise reunion happen for a military family on the show.

On the latest episode, guest 'The Rock' and Fallon worked together to surprise one of his show's producers, Karina Kabalan, who also served in the Army, by reuniting her with her husband, Todd Kabalan, a master sergeant in the U.S. Air Force, reports E! Online.

While being interviewed, the 44-year-old actor had said that people should give back to U.S. troops when given the opportunity and that he "would love to give back to a military family that's actually here in the audience."

The 'Moana' actor and Fallon then walked past the audience to a producer's booth and approached Kabalan, who looked very shocked.

"You guys have been living apart for the past year and a half because he is 5,000 miles away," Johnson told Karina, "We wanted to thank you and your husband for your service and your sacrifice and I personally heard you are the most amazing person and we wanted to bring your husband home for you for the holidays."

"Turn around and hug your husband," the 'Furious 7' star said.

Kabalan then turned around and saw her husband, dressed in his military uniform.

"Oh my God!" she exclaimed, as they embraced tearfully.

"Oh, man, I'm losing it right now," Fallon said.

"Definitely cried during it. Then about 5 more times watching it in the edit. We have a great staff," the show's writer Mike DiCenzo tweeted.

The couple later went out to dinner to celebrate his homecoming.

"You're so loved by all your co-workers Karina. Grateful to have been a part of this. You and Todd enjoy those meatballs!" Johnson tweeted.
